Who is Marishka Pilch
I enjoy solving problems. Whether it’s Real Estate specifically or Cash Flow in general, my passion is to bring creative solutions to remedy my client’s real estate and/or cash flow headaches by introducing alternative real estate deal structures into their wealth equation.
As an Investor and as a Realtor (with prior experience as a mortgage loan officer), one of the favorite parts of my day is talking with a client who has a big problem, really listening to them to understand their issues, occasionally “talking them down from the cliff”, and helping them clarify their situation and their goals, then guide them to lay out a path to help them reach their financial goals.
My husband I started our investment company about 15 years ago, initially just for our own investments and retirement plan. Our focus has always been alternative strategies, such as notes, lease options and seller/private finance. Our clientele includes doctors, dentists, accountants, real estate agents, software engineers and other busy professionals. We frequently consult with them on ways to grow and protect their wealth, primarily through structured real estate and note strategies. In so doing, we are often able to simultaneously create affordable homeownership opportunities for people who have been left behind by the traditional banking industry.
It’s important to have a great team, so we have surrounded ourselves with trusted advisors: attorneys, accountants, insurance agents, loan officers, realtors, credit specialists, etc. on whom we rely, and to whom we can refer. I am most energized when surrounded by people who are much smarter than me!
A retired surgeon friend (and client) once told me that the happiest doctor is the one who doesn’t have to work in medicine just to make a living, but who practices medicine because it is a calling. In working with our clients, I have found that this sentiment applies to many professions.
No Hassle Cashflow – money that is hard at work even while you sleep – makes possible a “work optional” lifestyle. And while I work hard, I also enjoy playing hard. In the end, it’s about lifestyle.
